The Applicant needs to meet the following requirements:
-Have a mic
-Have Ventrilo (http://www.ventrilo.com/)
-At least 15 years old
-Credibility on the server
-If possible contribute with the server's expense
-Respect ALL the admins and players
-Stay active on forum
-You're allowed to apply once a month, if you get rejected
